With a heart rooted in compassion and a vision for holistic care, Gloria brings decades of leadership, clinical expertise, and community service to Glorious Homecare LLC. As the founding Director, she is the guiding force behind our mission: Your Home, Our Heartfelt Care. Gloria's journey began as a passionate caregiver and evolved into her calling to lead and transform in-home care in North Dakota. Her unwavering commitment to serve seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need has shaped Glorious Homecare into a beacon of excellence. Under her leadership, Glorious Homecare is expected to expand into more than just Home care but other areas of high demand in healthcare. With a background in healthcare administration and years of hands-on experience, Gloria ensures that every client is treated with dignity, professionalism, and genuine love. Tawanda Dzvokora
Founding Director, Head of Transportation & Logistics
Tawanda Dzvokora is a visionary leader, strategic planner, and logistical powerhouse behind the success of Glorious Homecare's reliable and efficient transportation services. As a Founding Director, he brings a deep commitment to ensuring that every client is served safely, punctually, and with the highest level of care. With a background in transportation systems and operational logistics, Tawanda oversees all aspects of non-emergency medical transport (NEMT), in-home visit coordination, and day-to-day support services such as meal delivery and chore assistance. His calm leadership and strong work ethic have created a backbone of trust within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Managing fleet operations for in-home care and medical appointments Training drivers and transport aides in HIPAA, client dignity, and safety Ensuring compliance with North Dakota transport regulations Overseeing snow removal, yard maintenance, and seasonal home support services Supporting urgent client needs with flexible and reliable scheduling Vision for the Future: Tawanda is currently spearheading the expansion of Glorious Homecare's Regional Dispatch Hub, which will serve multiple counties and allow rural clients better access to consistent care. His leadership is laying the groundwork for a centralized call center and GPS-enabled transport tracking system that elevates the standard of in-home support. Administrator & Marketing Manager
With a heart for excellence and a passion for service, Alice Coles brings over 15 years of administrative leadership, program development, and marketing expertise to Glorious Homecare. As the Administrator & Marketing Manager, Alice ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly while developing long-term strategies to strengthen community relationships and expand the agency's impact. Alice is the engine behind Glorious Homecare's visibility and growth managing outreach campaigns, designing client-centered care experiences, and implementing systems that keep the agency compliant, compassionate, and competitive. Her background spans nonprofit administration, community development, and senior care advocacy, giving her a unique ability to connect with both clients and caregivers. A gifted communicator and visionary leader, Alice also plays a key role in team recruitment, staff training, and maintaining high performance across departments.
